3 months into 2024; my ass+ears welcomed this release! Doses of noir, mystery and sci-fi form the music. Brief, thrilling and horrific turns reveal narrators, changing times and scapes in the musics story. Canonic percussive sound effects; details excavated w/ processing sound through magnetic tape. Controlled Opposition served as a much needed break in time, time out for something excellent, dreamlike and dramatic. Materials fundamental to electroacoustical noise musics. 🖤🎶
